Miss Miracle

Miss Miracle is a charity pageant to help raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since the first year, we have raised over $106,000 for this incredible organization. CMNH helps 170 hospitals in North America, and 17 million children each year supplying adequate medical care and further research for these kids in need.

The Miss Miracle Charity Pageant is a great start for girls that want to try pageants for the first time or practice for pageant veterans alike. It’s a fun event strictly for charity that helps girls (and boys!) build their confidence and speaking skills in a family-friendly environment that is drama-free.

Each participant will showcase their personal sense of style in the “Miracle Wear” category and ages 4+ will give their personal introduction on stage so that the panel of judges and audience can get to know them a little better. Miracle Wear can be any outfit of your choosing that makes you feel fabulous on the runway. Finally, each participant will model any style of age appropriate Evening Wear including party dresses, Sunday Best, high-low or more formal gowns.

Participation fee: $150 donation to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. You may register and donate here (link to CMNH page)

Participants will be separated into the following age groups with age determined as of January 1st of the current year:

Miss Charity and Charity Princess
The participant who raises the most money for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals will be awarded the Miss Charity title. Additional Charity Princesses or Princes will be awarded to participants who go above and beyond to fundraise as well. Both Miss/Mr Charity and Charity Princess/Prince will receive the same awards.
Former Miss Charity queens have been extremely creative in their fundraising! Some have sold lemonade, made and sold eco-hair bows, visited restaurants in their crown and banner, held quarter auctions and even sold jewelry! There’s no limit to your fundraising efforts, so reach for the sky!

Miracle Mother/Child
Inspired by the mother-daughter team directors, the Mother/Child optional event requires an outfit of choice for the mother and daughter to model together. Former Mother/Daughter duos have even worn matching outfits on the runway.
Participation Fee: $150 donation to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Optional Events
  • Talent – 2 minute time limit
  • Mock Interview – includes judge’s feedback and video
Participation Fee: $35 donation to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Awards

Every participant is a winner by virtue of their dedication to helping others and will be honored on stage with an award as well as be eligible for other prizes, however only one representative from each age group will be selected to represent the Miss Miracle program in their community and will receive a trophy, crown and sash. These special representatives will spend their year of service promoting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in their local community and continuing to raise funds for CMNH as well.

Over the years, Miss Miracle has been honored to be able to offer scholarships to numerous state and national pageants to the newly crowned representatives thanks to the generosity of sponsors from programs such as National American Miss (Central Florida), Miss American Coed (Florida), Little Miss/Mr Citrus (national), World’s Perfect Pageant & Model Search (international), USA Ambassador (Florida), World Imperial Beauties (international), USA National Miss (Florida), Miss Legacy US (national), Miss United States (Florida), Royal International Miss (Florida) and more. Sponsored entries may vary by year based on a variety of factors and this list is neither exhaustive or binding and scholarship award amounts may vary. It is, however, an example of the generosity extended to Miss Miracle and Model 4 Miracles. In fact, many former Miss Miracle representatives have used their sponsored award, competed at their chosen event and placed as top finalists and even won the title!

Miracle Representative Expectations

The title of Miss/Mr Miracle is more than just winning a crown and sash and a prize. It comes with the responsibility to continue raising awareness and funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals during the year of service, including but not limited to bringing toys to Arnold Palmer Hospital for the children who will be hospitalized throughout the holidays as well as hosting fundraisers throughout the year. The crown is an invitation to serve others, not something sparkly to look at.
